Acupunture

Acupuncture is an ancient form oif treatment that originated from China roughly 5000 years ago. Acupuncture formed a part of the Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Acupuncture came as a form of massage where people found that by pressing around certain areas of the body provided relief or cures for certain symptoms. This then led to the use of stones and animal bones to apply the force on the massaged areas and slowly this lead to discovery of more accurate points. This happened until the discovery of metals which led to the acupunture needles.

Through out the body there are hundreds of points each belonging to a certain organ or pathway/meridians.
When an imbalanced arises, the flow of energy (Qi / Chi) within these pathways are blocked leading to health issues.

Acupunture is then used to re-regulate the body's imbalance via these interconnected points to bring back the vital force. The needle stimulates the point/s selected giving signals to the brain releasing chemicals, endorphins or pain blockers within the body thus leading to a desired therapeutic effect.

Acupuncture is commonly used for treating:

Sciatica, Digestive Disorders, Headaches, Tennis Elbow. Sports Injury, Coughs Flu, Asthma
Joint problems, Arthritis Lack of Energy, Menstrual problems, Fertility aid, Tinnitus
Back Pains, Neck Pains, Pains, Quit smoking, and many many more!
