Bronchitis

Bronchitis is often followed by a common cold or any infection of the nose and throat that generates an inflammation of the trachea or bronchi (which is the passageway leading from the throat to the lungs). This inflammation causes an excess of mucus to be produced which results in a bad cough for the individual. This is the body’s attempt at expelling the mucus or a reacting to the inhaling air back flows.
Bronchitis can be acute and chronic.

What are causes of acute bronchitis?
The causes of acute bronchitis can be by a bacterium, virus, physically or chemical irritation.

What are the symptoms of acute bronchitis?
At the onset, it usually has symptoms of infection of the upper respiratory tract, such as fever, aversion to cold, general body aching, etc. Cough is the main symptom. At the beginning it is a nonproductive cough, becomes productive cough with a little sticky sputum or thin sputum after 1-2 days, gradually purulent sputum or white sticky sputum. In general, the acute bronchitis will be recovered a lot quicker than chronic bronchitis.

Can the acute bronchitis develop into chronic bronchitis?
Yes, if the acute bronchitis is not treated in time properly, it can come back repeatedly. The repeatedly attacked acute bronchitis can develop into chronic bronchitis which will become harder and take longer to be recovered.

Chronic Bronchitis:
The main symptoms of chronic bronchitis are coughing, expectoration, or accompanied with dyspnea, etc.

What are causes of chronic bronchitis?
The repeatedly attack of acute bronchitis can be one of the causes of chronic bronchitis. It refers to chronic inflammation of the bronchial mucosa and tissues around it. Its etiology is associated with the virus, bacterium, physical, or chemical irritation, immune weakness, vegetable nerve functional disturbance, etc.
It can be aggravated by smoking and by harmful environmental conditions, such as air polluted by dust, smoke, or chemicals, etc.

Is there a risk to develop into a Bronchial Asthma if the chronic bronchitis is not treated?
Yes, there is a risk if the person allows infection attack bronchus repeatedly. Therefore, no one should put up with it without professional treatment as soon as possible.

Can Chinese medicine treat Bronchitis?
Yes, Chinese medicine can treat migraine effectively using a different approach to Western medicine.

How Chinese medicine can treat Bronchitis?
Chinese medicine is a holistic natural system, which treats the whole body. A registered Chinese medical doctor will diagnose the patient very thoroughly through traditional Chinese methods and use his unique skills to identify the causative factors. In the case of migraine, usually an internal organ is involved, particularly related to this illness. The treatment is precise and individual because every patient is different. In addition to targeting the presenting and immediate symptoms, Chinese doctors treat the origin of the disease.

What do the Chinese doctors use to treat CANDIDA (THRUSH)?
Our doctors in Harmony Chinese Medical Centre use acupuncture (needles or needless) only, natural herbal extracts only, or combination of acupuncture and herbal medicine both. In addition to those, other associated treatment such as cupping, heat therapy, diet advice, etc will be also provided accordingly.

How do I take the herbs?

Harmony Chinese Medical Centre only provides Scientific Extracted natural herbs to patients. They are ready to take. There is no need to decoct. It's as simple as making a cup of tea.

Does the Chinese herbal medicine give side effects to patients?
Side effects are rare.

Do I need to continue taking the herbs for rest of my life even after my diseases have been treated and fixed by your Chinese doctors?
To reduce the symptoms of Candida (Thrush) our doctors treat the cause of the problems and harmonize the body. After treatment, patients generally do not need to continue taking the herbs. Certainly, our doctor will advise the patient how to manage the stress, the diets, exercises, and life style. In this way the patient can maintain a healthy level of wellness to prevent the recurrence of illness.
